Positive Experience
Parents, Visitors and Spectators should consider that playing and training should be a positive experience for players or all ages.
Your responses to games as adults affect the players'':
1. Enjoyment
2. Self esteem
3. Sense of Personal Achievement
4. Overall Confidence
5. Overall view of the entire event
Proper Responses
Your responses as adults, visitors, parents and spectators to match points, defeats and victories affect the attitude of all children towards:
1. Other players
2. Officials
3. Managers
4. Other visitors
5. Other spectators
Offer Encouragement
Adults, visitors, parents and spectators are encouraged to:
1. Applaud the opposition as well as your own team/offspring
2. Avoid coaching during the game
3. Avoid shouting and screaming
4. Respect the decision(s) of the officials
5. Give attention to each of the youngsters involved not just the most talented
6. Give encouragement to everyone that participate so that they play their best
