| Exercise 1 - Vividness
Imagine slowly walking between two rooms of your home (with eyes closed and not moving).
Imagine performing a routine skill doing it just right without mistakes
Imagine serving against a tough opponent in front of a crowd of hundreds without mistakes
Imagine successfully returning all the difficult serves from a tough opponent
Exercise 2 - Controllability
Imagine using your game techniques against a difficult player. If you don?t have any game techniques think of some!
Visualise controlling your emotions against a person well known to be difficult.
